Endurance

Jersey CrossFit Endurance is an endurance sports training program dedicated to improving performance, fitness and endurance potential. We inspire, coach, and provide our community with the most aggressive and proven fundamentals of sports science, exercise physiology, nutrition, and athletic training protocols. 

Our programming is structured and sport-specific. Make no doubt, our sessions are not easy, but we believe the journey is part of making the results more rewarding. Our design is to maximize your potential and to elevate your fitness. Our commitment to you is that we will coach, inspire, lead and educate with care, sincerity and a relentless motivation to finally get you where you want to go.

Endurance Club

Designed for the intermediate to competitive athletes, this is a periodised weekly endurance program run by an experienced endurance competitor for anyone wanting to optimize their aerobic capacity.
The sessions run weekly and is programmed in 12 week cycles focusing on a specific goal e.g. 5k, half marathon, marathon. We also will design a training program individualised to you that starts with moderate aerobic workouts and progresses into race-pace simulated intervals.
Our coaching team are accredited with UK Athletics and certified CrossFit Endurance coaches. They are amongst the top endurance coaches in Jersey, working with runners and triathletes of all levels and disciplines, from 5k/sprint distance triathlon to ultra marathon/Ironman. This is about your development as an individual with us there to support your journey and to celebrate your personal bests.

The Endurance Club comes as part of your Unlimited CrossFit Membership, however, you can just join the Club membership below to also gain access. These main club sessions are for intermediate/advanced level. You can start and stop your ongoing monthly membership at any point.

8 Week Running Intro Course 

Our Endurance program also runs an 8 week intro course where you can develop your basic skills safely in a supportive environment before you join the wider sessions of the club. The 8 Week Intro Course focuses exclusively on the correct technique for running and is designed for beginner to intermediate level. Individuals will work on improving their abilities through drills, technique work, accessory exercises and of course plenty of classic running. We encourage all those who are just starting out or who participate in CrossFit to enrol on this course as form and technique are of crucial importance to success in endurance sports.

Individuals around Jersey are experiencing success in their endurance goals by completing our 8-week course, which includes video analysis and progressive drills to help develop your technique.
