At Jersey CrossFit Gym, we not only want to make sure that you get the safest, most effective workout, but that you’re part of our community before you start your first group class. Coached by a CrossFit coach our 21 Day Jumpstart programme is designed to get you to your first session with the knowledge you need to be successful.
To get started at Jersey CrossFit Gym you must complete our 21 Day Jumpstart programme, graduating as a full member of our club. This ensures you learn the ropes, develop your technique on exercises, understand the theory behind CrossFit methods, and so that when you graduate it will allow a smooth transition into the group training classes.
The Fundamentals Program:
All fundamentals sessions must be made up via private coaching. After the completion of the Fundamentals Program you can then decide if a membership is for you, and which classes best suits your schedule and goals.

Please Note: If you hold a Level 1 Crossfit Trainer certificate or if you are a CrossFit regular from abroad visiting you are more than welcome to contact us to join the classes immediately.
