For time 

500m Shuttle Run with up/downs (25m, up/down, and back, up/down x 10)

50 x Squat Jumps

50 x Burpees

50 x Slams

50 x Plyometric Push Ups – scaled Push Up HOG

50 x Overhead Med Ball Walking Lunges

50 x Med Ball Floor Wipers (foot to ball = 1 rep)

50 x Wall Balls

50 x Side Plank Rotation e/side

500 x Skips
