Shuttle Run

Lunges 25m

10 x Squats

Inchworm 25m

10 x Burpees

B) WOD

Work 5 Minutes on each Superset then rest 1 minute between rounds.

Superset 1 x 5 Rounds

Heavy Bag Sprint x 30 secs

Burpees x 30 secs

Superset 2 x 5 Rounds

Heavy Bag Drag x 30 secs

Tuck Jumps/Squat Jumps x 30 secs

Superset 3 x 5 Rounds

Shuttle Runs x 30 secs

Plank Walk Up x 30 secs

Superset 4 x 5 Rounds

 Weighted V Ups x 30 seconds

Overhead Plated Sit Ups/Sit ups x 30 seconds

C) Finisher – 3 mins
