About Jersey CrossFit

Jersey CrossFit Gym uses constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. We are a strength and conditioning program that combines the most effective methods of cardio, weightlifting and gymnastics. Its a fun, full of variety, adaptable workout regimen led by qualified and experienced coaches in a community like atmosphere. We are NOT a boot camp. Our training methods produce tangible results for all levels of fitness, from children to elite athletes and everyone in between.

At Jersey CrossFit Gym we train incredibly hard; harder than most thought they were capable of. Everyday our members break down barriers and set new standards for themselves. Our training is intense (relative to each individual) and it creates a bond among our members that can’t be manufactured. Together we sweat, we expose weaknesses and we get stronger. The community aspect of Jersey CrossFit Gym is our greatest strength. Here there are no egos, and no room for bad attitudes. Those type of people just don’t fit here. We are fun and supportive, we are competitive, we are strong, we are humble, we are athletes…we are Jersey CrossFit Gym.

We welcome everybody with the right attitude to share our journey and become a part of our amazing Jersey CrossFit Gym Community. All our workouts are scalable to suit the individuals needs.



Founder, Owner & Head Coach

Joe Murphy is a strength and conditioning coach and co-owner of Jersey CrossFit and HIIT Fitness Jersey Ltd.
Head coach and programmer, Joe Murphy was an athlete in his own right, representing England at amateur level and playing for various professional football clubs in England.

Founder, Owner & Head Coach

Grant Hogan is a strength and conditioning coach and co-owner of Jersey CrossFit and HIIT Fitness Jersey Ltd.
Grant Hogan is also a head coach and is a triathlon specialist, performing in many extreme events, such as Ironman.

CrossFit & Teens Coach

Paula has always been focused on strength and conditioning training but her real passion was fuelled when she joined CrossFit in 2013 and quickly realised that she had found a sport that would provide the variety she had longed, which pushed her to train harder than ever before, learn new skills and improve her strength and endurance.

CrossFit & Endurance Coach

Dan Garrido is a Level 3 personal trainer, ViPR accredited trainer and an Olympic Weightlifting Instructor, and has also experience in kettlebell training and TRX suspension training. Dan is also heavily experienced in endurance training and runs our CrossFit Endurance program.

CrossFit Coach

A Masters Graduate in Sports Science For Optimal Performance, a qualified Personal Trainer and Crossfit Level 1 Coach. Joe does what he does so he can educate, influence and inspire those around him.

Jersey CrossFit Gym consists of a 6,000 sq. ft. location in the heart of town in St Helier, Jersey. The facility includes Male & Female Changing Rooms with 3 Showers in each, a PT Studio, Supplement Shop, a welcome Lounge, multi-story car park behind gym, and much more. Jersey CrossFit Gym will offer the results and strong community of a traditional CrossFit box with all the amenities of a luxurious fitness club. Please see below a list of the facilities on offer.
