Class Timetable Updated

Hi all, please look through the new timetable which commences tomorrow by clicking here    There has been an additional 5 x CrossFit classes added from 7-8am Mon-Fri.   HIIT morning classes will now start at 7.00-7.30am.   Olympic Weightlifting will now start at 5.30pm-6.15pm on MOnday and Wednesday (this 12 week course is full)   Rowing Club will now start Tuesday at 6pm-7pm.   CrossFit Endurance will now start at 6pm-7pm on Thursday (this 6 week course is now full)   Sport classes are for those hoping to compete and have their own separate programming on the daily WOD. This runs from 7.15-8.15pm and is not coach-led.   Saturday HIIT class now starts at 8.30-9am.   We then have 2 x CF classes at 9-10 and then 10-11am.   Fundamentals classes will now run at 6.15-7.15pm Mon, Wed and Fri, with a Saturday catch-up session at 11am if needed.   Get in touch if any queries.
