Monday WOD – Fitness Test

The testing is a great opportunity for you to see where you are at with your training and set some goals moving forward. Fitness Testing are held at regular intervals as part of the HIIT Fitness Jersey membership. After the classes this week we will take your body measurements to mark your progress and record all the scores you receive in the tests.

A) Fitness Test 1

1 Min on each exercise (as many reps as possible).  Partner scores reps then rotate.

Back Squat to Box (25/15 kilo)


Thrusters (25/15 kilo)

True Press Ups

Plank Walk Up

Count total number of reps

B) Fitness Test 2

For Time

1km Run
