Group coaching allows our members to work with a professional coach for a fraction of the investment. As everyone walking in has a vast range of personal goals and ability levels, our group coaching timetable is designed with the variety to meet those needs. While not as specific as an individualised program designed just for you, our training timetable allows you to choose from different programs to achieve your goals.
Our expert programming while full of variance, is not random. It is designed specifically to improve our members’ health and performance in ways that is meaningful to their needs and goals. Get started by signing up for the Fundamentals Program; or if you prefer, we invite you to come in and chat to a coach and meet members of our community to discuss if we’re a fit for you. The CrossFit Unlimited membership offers unlimited training options across morning, lunch and evening timeslots Monday to Sunday. This membership means you can attend EVERY class on the class timetable.
The QuickFit Unlimited membership offers 30 minute training options spanning across early morning, lunchtime and evening timeslots. With over 20 sessions a week, there is something here for everyone, regardless of activity levels, weight or gender. This membership means you can attend all QuickFit classes on the class timetable (including Yoga).
This membership allows you to use the gym to train on your own, whether its doing CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, Strength work or just for general fitness. We have every single piece of equipment needed for your training program, but no machines. So if you are looking for an environment that elevates your fitness, Open Gym membership at Jersey CrossFit Gym is the perfect place to train. The schedule of Open Gym will vary depending on the day and Class Schedule. Most availability will be during the daytime, weekends and late evenings. If you hold a Level 1 Crossfit Trainer certificate or if you are a CrossFit regular from abroad visiting you are more than welcome to contact us to join the classes immediately.
