GETTING STARTED

To get started training online with Jersey CrossFit you must complete our ONLINE 21 Day Jumpstart Program, graduating as a full member of our gym. This ensures you learn the ropes, develop your technique on exercises, understand the CrossFit methods, and so that when you graduate you can decide if their is an online training service that best suits your needs. Below is what it entails:

> 2 x 30-45 minute online Zoom sessions with a private coach.

> Session 1 will go over some basic technique on some fundamentals movements, discuss your fitness background, lifestyle, schedule, and see what your goals are, so we can kick-off your program. Session 2 will then take place after 7 days to review your first week and check-in to ensure you are on track. This session will also include more technique on some common exercises that you may see in the sessions.

> After completing your first Session 1 with your coach, you will get 21 Days on the CUSTOMISED Unlimited membership and access to our online training app. 

> Your Coach will be there to make sure you are on course and progressing towards your goals throughout the 21 days, as well as customising a program specific to your needs, injuries, equipment and time available.

> During this period you can feedback anything you like to your private coach via the app, any concerns, technique difficulties, questions on your workout, etc.

> You also will receive a 21 Day Nutrition Plan to help transform your health and body during this time.

After the completion of the 21 Day Online Jumpstart Program you can then decide if a membership is for you, and which online option best suits your schedule and goals.

DAILY WORKOUTS

You will have access to our general daily online workouts via our mobile app run over a 7-day per week package. No previous workout experience necessary! There will be 30 Minute workout options for those with ‘No Equipment’ & ‘Minimal Equipment’, as well as a 60 Minute CrossFit workout of the day (WOD) for those who have all functional fitness equipment. All this complete with Warm Ups and Movement Demos. Train from the comfort of your own bedroom, living room, garden or garage!
