Online Training

Start working online with Jersey CrossFit to improve your health and wellness. We are there to hold you accountable every step of the way!


You will have access to our general daily online workouts via our mobile app called SugarWOD run over a 7-day per week package. No previous workout experience necessary! There will be 30 Minute workout options for those with minimal equipment, as well as a 60 Minute CrossFit workout of the day (WOD) for those who have all functional fitness equipment. Train from the comfort of your own bedroom, living room, garden or garage! 



Every person is unique, and needs something different from their online training program. It’s the unique characteristics that make you great. That is why each program is tailored specifically to you and your needs (strengths, weakness, injuries, etc) and your goals (weight-loss, gain, performance, etc). You will have a set structure to follow and to be accountable towards…if you don’t train on it, no one will!
