Our CrossFit Kids program at Jersey CrossFitintroduces children aged 6–11 to the fundamentals of fitness in a safe, supportive, and energetic environment.

Each session is designed to teach essential movement patterns — like running, jumping, squatting, and balancing —through creative games, team challenges, and skill-based workouts that keep kids engaged and smiling from start to finish. We focus on developing coordination, balance, agility, and confidence - not competition.

Every class includes a warm-up, skill focus, game-style workout, and cool down. We prioritise movement quality, safety, and fun above all else, ensuring each child leaves feeling accomplished and excited to return!
