CrossFit Kids (6-11)

At Jersey CrossFit, our CrossFit Kids classes help children build strength, coordination, and confidence through games and age-appropriate training.

Every session blends fundamental movement, skills with teamwork and tons of fun.

Why our kids program?

Our CrossFit Kids program at Jersey CrossFit introduces children aged 6–11 to the fundamentals of fitness in a safe, supportive, and energetic environment. Each session is designed to teach essential movement patterns — like running, jumping, squatting, and balancing —through creative games, team challenges, and skill-based workouts that keep kids engaged and smiling from start to finish.

We focus on developing coordination, balance, agility, and confidence, not competition.

Every class includes a warm-up, skill focus, game-style workout, and cool down. We prioritise movement quality, safety, and fun above all else, ensuring each child leaves feeling accomplished and excited to return!

Skill Development

Beyond physical skills, CrossFit Kids helps children build confidence, focus, discipline, and teamwork — all of which transfer into school, sports, and everyday life.

Health & Wellbeing

Our goal is to make fitness a positive part of their identity from an early age, setting them up for lifelong health and wellbeing.

All Levels Welcome

The workouts are scaled for every ability level, meaning your child will be encouraged to progress at their own pace under the guidance of qualified CrossFit coaches.
