Group training keeps you motivated and working hard alongside others with similar goals. Each day’s workout combines strength training, conditioning and functional fitness — all grounded in exercise science and designed to help you become fitter, stronger and more capable. Working with a certified coach ensures you move safely and build strength without injury.

As the island’s only official CrossFit affiliate, our CrossFit classes follow globally recognised standards in coaching, programming and movement quality. We also are an official Hyrox Training Club offering HYROX classes for those looking to develop endurance, strength and hybrid race fitness.

Alongside our regular classes, we run specialist Olympic weightlifting and Strongman sessions designed to build strength, power and skills that carry over into everyday life.
