You can benefit from a lower monthly rate by committing to a 12-month membership, with flexible options also available.
Unlimited
‘CrossFit Unlimited’ gives you full access to ALL classes on our timetable, so you can train as often as you like and get the most out of your fitness. This is our most popular membership.
‘HYROX Unlimited’ is built for those focused on engine, strength, and race-style training. You’ll have access to all HYROX classes alongside open gym, giving you the flexibility to train consistently and develop the specific skills needed to perform.
Reduced
‘CrossFit Reduced’ gives you 3 sessions per week to use across any classes on our timetable. It’s ideal for building consistency around a busy schedule while still progressing with structured coaching and varied training.
‘HYROX Reduced’ also gives you 3 sessions per week focused only on HYROX classes. Designed to build engine, strength, and race readiness, it’s a great option for those wanting structured HYROX training with flexibility across the month.
For both memberships you will also have full access to Open Gym to support extra work alongside your classes.
Drop-In
Our Drop-In option is perfect for those looking to train on a flexible, pay-as-you-go basis. Whether you’re visiting the island or just want to join a session, you can jump into our classes and experience the gym without a commitment.
