CrossFit Kids & Teens is a coach-led program designed for ages 6–16!

We combine fitness, fun, and teamwork in a safe, positive environment — no experience needed.

CrossFit Kids (6-11)

CrossFit Kids (ages 6–11) runs Tuesday and Thursday, 3:40–4:15pm.

Expect fun sessions building confidence, coordination, and fitness through games and movement…ONLY £79!

 

CrossFit Teens (12-16)

Teens (ages 12–16) train Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 4:20–5:05pm

Open to all teens looking to improve strength, fitness, and overall health in a supportive environment…ONLY £89!

What is CrossFit Kids?

CrossFit Kids is a fun, game-based fitness program designed especially for children aged 6–11. Each session helps kids develop balance, strength, and coordination while learning how to move safely and confidently.

Every class feels like play…kids build fitness without even realising it, all while having fun with friends in a positive and encouraging environment.

Led by qualified CrossFit coaches, each class is 35 minutes long and tailored to each child’s ability. Our goal is to help kids fall in love with being active and give them the foundation for a healthy, confident future — both inside and outside the gym.

What is CrossFit Teens?

CrossFit Teens is a fitness program designed specifically for ages 12–16. It combines strength training, conditioning, and functional movement in a way that is safe, fun, and age-appropriate.

Every class is 45 minutes and coach-led in a small group, focusing first on proper movement patterns — like squats, pushes, pulls, jumps, and lifts — before gradually introducing more challenging skills. Workouts are adapted to each teen’s ability so that everyone is challenged at the right level, whether they’re brand new to exercise or already active in sports.

Whats Included?

  • 4 Weeks Membership (2 x Weekly)

    Across 4 weeks, kids and teens will attend two coached sessions per week, learning fundamental movements, improving coordination, and developing healthy habits!

  • Technique Built Into Every Session

    No experience is needed—each movement is broken down clearly to help build confidence, improve safety, and ensure steady progress over time.

  • Small Group Coaching With Extra Guidance

    Small-group sessions ensure every child gets individual attention, with expert coaching to guide movements and support progress at their own pace.

  • Weekly Parent Check-In From Coach

    Enjoy 24/7 access to a coach throughout the 4 weeks. Whether you need feedback, guidance, or support, you’ll always have someone on hand to support your childs development.

  • Build Real-Life Movement Skills

    Sessions are structured to help teens move better, feel stronger, andmore capable in what their bodies can do. These practical movement skills carry over into sport and everyday life.

  • End-of-program Parent Goal Review

    Finish the program with a dedicated parent goal review, where you’ll receive feedback on your child’s progress, and get clear next steps to keep them improving.

CrossFit Kids (6-11)

Parents love CrossFit Kids because alongside fitness, the program develops confidence, discipline, and teamwork, giving children skills that carry into school, sports, and everyday life.

Each 4 Week intake will be for just 10 people to ensure that everyone gets the focused coaching they need…Only £79!

 

CrossFit Teens (12-16)

With regular training, Teens gain the structure of taking part in a consistent healthy activity each week, as well as becoming part of a supportive small-group community.

We have limited spaces to 10 people in each intake…only £89!

 FAQs

  • No. We teach all fundamentals in class and scale every movement to ability level. Our coaches are trained to deliver age-appropriate, progressive training. Safety and movement quality come first.

    You will also have complete access to a personal client success coach during this period. We want you to succeed!

  • Kids have classes running every Tuesday & Thursday between 3.40-4.15pm.

    Teens have classes running every Monday, Tuesday & Thursday between 4.20-5.05pm.

    Each child can attend a maximum of TWO sessions each week on the 4 Week Starter Pack.

  • We will be checking in with the parent during the program to celebrate small wins and ensure they are having fun.

    At the end we will provide a Goal Review with you to see what is next. Most families opt to continue with an ongoing monthly membership (1x or 2x per week).

  • Trainers, a water bottle, and comfy clothes. We provide the rest.
